pathetic stinking service

I made an online purchase for fridge on the 24/11/2018 till date there's been no proper feedback. I went to strubensvalley Makro they say no it's not with them, I call online call center and every time some promises to call back ,no one does or I'll be put on hold for 15+ minutes until I drop. Mxo/Lindo from the Strubens valley Makro called and said my order has been lost and they'll issue another one IT WILL BE DELIVERED. I call yesterday and no one knows what he said and they promised to call back before end of business. Im so tired of waiting for Makro to deliver honestly.
