Pathetic Servixe Makro Strubensvalley

I did an online application for a Univa stove I bought from website. Today they loaded off the oven and didn't do an installation as per my notes on the website. Now the client must fork out R950. If this was put as a feature on your website I would've gladly selected it and paid it while paying for my Gas Stove. I specifically wring I'm a cancer patient and cannot do the installation. After dropping off goods the guys look at me like I am stupid asking them to install it. Whatever you do at Strubensvalley is pathetic first of all I have to won in so many times and the switchboard never answers and I wasted my airtime and waiting for my call to be answered and also having problems to phone call centre on ***and the switchboard even worse ***. This is pathetic service I would like my stove to be installed by Makro as I asked for the option as it was not on the website I could've paid for it while placing my order as I had the money then. This is false advertising and please revert the following areas of incompetence switchboard taking forever to answer call. No money will leave my pocket. My reference is MAK***
