Pathetic Services - Online Refunds
Pathetic Services when it comes to Online Refunds. My terrible pots were returned on 13 June 2023, but I'm still waiting for my refund. The call centre keeps on giving me **** stories its with Finance, Been holing on for finance since 9h30 this morning and its 10;20. Getting 12 emails that i must send proof of my banking details but still nothing. I am tired of your **** service. Give my money.

07 Jul 2023, 13:05Call-centre contacted me like in seconds just to ask for my banking details again., Blaming capitec system errors from Finance, all fired up and wow , No call or email reply to say when my money will be refunded. Today I must call to follow up holding on for 30min to speak to an consultant. YOUR SERVICES HAS REALY GONE DOWN THE DRAIN.
