Pathetic services - Makro Online

On 7 Aug 2024 I've ordered various items from Makro Online, order MAK***, inter alia 2 cases of Wellington VO Brandy 1 liter. On on case was delivered. On 15 Aug I phone the call center - REF***. Follow-up calls were made on 22 Aug, 23 Aug, 26 Aug and 30 Aug to establish when can I expect the outstanding delivery. To date, all that the call center can indicates is that they will forward it to the branch to attend to. I've also written mails to *** but it was returned as an unknown address. Pathetic services!
