Pathetic services

No one has a decency to contact me people from Makro just apologize. This is the 2nd time after 1 month I'm receiving my replacement item and the packaging is damaged badly. This is the only time someone contacts me is when I put a review here, days pass no one replies to emails. I'm not accepting this. Makro is a big company do they not care for customers. No communication in 1 month only when the delivery ID out I receive an sms but when a return is logged or you call they tell you will be in contact. Calls are recorded staff put notes on the system.
