Pathetic services

Extremely bad service. I placed an order for a Christmas tree including decorations. my order is being delivered in bits and pieces literally the decorations are all damaged the star came in broken pieces. And every delivery i just get 1 item for the same order. I want a refund. i am done with makro. this will be published on all social media as i know very big influencers.
