Pathetic Service with Makro

I placed an order on Friday 29th November, paid for my order the same time. Got a notification that my order will be delivered 2 December 4 days later - no feedback, no communication I have called Makro everyday to follow up & all the say is we will get back to you or we will call you back, I have been put on hold numerous

I am now told that my order is just sitting at the store & I should just wait How is that I have to wait a week for my order? If that’s the case I could of went to the store myself
