Pathetic service via ONLINE Shopping

This was my second time ever to do an online purchase from MAKRO. Due to living 120km from my closest MAKRO store. It took MAKRO 10 days to respond that the item I ordered was out of stock. This after I enquired by phone twice, sent emails, used the online "contact us" button and tried via MAKRO's Facebook page, WhatsApp and message systems. And now they tell me I have to wait another 7 - 10 WORKING days for a refund! This is pathetic and the public should be aware of it!
