Pathetic service to be taken to the Press!

I placed on order for dishwasher on the 30th of April. The dishwasher was delivered on 2 May however the item was badly dented. We sent the dishwasher back with the courier and informed the customer services who provided us with confirmation that a new dishwasher would be delivered on 4 May. A lady by the name of Jubulile attended the query. The dishwasher was not delivered on the 4th as promised with no further updates. I emailed on the 5th no response. I called on the 6th and spoke to Inge (extremely rude and unpleasant) she advised she has no updates she can’t help and will have to escalate the matter. She refused to provide me with any details for management indicating that she would be breaking protocol. Despite making numerous follow up calls thereafter I am yet to receive any updates with respect to when I can expect to receive my item. Your customer services is absolutely pathetic to say the least and your so called protocol for management escalations are even more shocking! I will never purchase anything from your stock and have contacted the Consumer watch, the consumer council as well as some newspapers to get them to publish the shocking customer service!
