Pathetic Service Rendered by Makro

<p>I made an online order on the 19th of July 2017 where upon payment I got a text message confirming that my order would be delivered within 2-5days. I have been calling endlessly at the call centre and have been getting empty promises from the staff that the order would be delivered. What irritated me most was the inconvenience of waiting for delivery day in and out with nothing materialising. I indicated to them that I was changing houses hence I desperately needed them to be honest to whether the delivery would be made or not. I asked one of the sales agents to refer the matter to their supervisor and I was told they would call and to date they haven't called and it is really frustrating. Trust me I will never ever by from them again.</p>
