Pathetic service over 2 months waiting

Very poor service waiting now over 2 months for order then requested refund. Pathetic service yet they say each time I have escalated the matter. Yet other sellers on line refund takes 3 days to sort a matter Makro going on over 2 months very bad service for supposed to be name brand seller
