Pathetic service & online **** by Makro!

Absolutely pathetic service! I have been following up with them since my order was made on 10 Nov & promised on 24.11.22. Then moved to 26.11.22 for a package purchased the first week of Nov. They have made 0 efforts to get this query resolved. The consultants blame it on the courier service & have now told me I need to wait for the courier service to return it, before I can get my refund. MAKRO, you have chosen your courier service provider - this has NOTHING to do with me, I purchased my goods from you. Therefore, the customer should not have to wait for the goods to be returned. The consultants are a stalling tactic because they have no real authority or resolve. The number provided for the head office does not even ring! You are robbing people in day light, I want my refund back! Its a pity there is no option for NO STARS. Shame on you.

Still no assistance after the a response from the owner. No response to my emails, no calls being answered. 6.12.22; 7.12.22; 8.12.22; 9.12.22. One month now no answer, resolve or communication further to the owner commenting.

10.12.22 They’ve sent a false email saying this order was delivered. Have not received anything, nor received a call. I just want my refund Makro.

11.12.22 Keep sending me emails saying they are escalating it with NOTHING being done. I am following up with them about my money. No more “escalations” Makro, just give me my refund.

12.12.22 No response. No resolve. Christmas 2 weeks away & they are keeping my money for a service they have not delivered. I want my refund.
