Pathetic service number 2

Its now really got to an point where ive had it. Its gotten to the point where im not open for discussions anymore... The last complaint i was tood that someone will be in contact with me and no one has been in contact with me i want my machine repaired or i want a full refund or i wilk go and see a manager and tell them what im taking out of the shop to the value of my purchase because this is just pathetic right from the bottom to the top of headoffice!!!!! I have freaken had it!!!!!!!
