Pathetic service - Non delivery after 2 weeks

I placed an order for a sleeper couch on 3 December 2025 at 15h03 due for delivery in 12 December. On the 17th still no update, no delivery. No assistance in the whatsapp. Everytime i ask i get told please allow 2 to 3 days to process the order. After 2 days still nothing. Agents unhelpful. I need my order before the 20th. I am disgusted by this service. 2 weeks to the day and nothing.
