Pathetic service, no delivery after almost 2 weeks

I bought 2 chairs on 20/10/2024 that were supposed to be delivered the following day. Today (29/10/2024), they still have not delivered. we've had to beg Noah the salesman daily and all he says is "tomorrow". Absolutely pathetic experience.
