Pathetic service ......... need feedback today

I asked my girlfriend to purchase a fridge for me on the 22 Nov 2017 online payment was made same date and we still waiting for the fridge. We have to follow up on the delivery as if Makro is doing us a favour. My order number is MAK470538.. I want delivery today and not tomorrow . If no delivery is made today I will walk into the nearest Makro and demand my money . Highly unacceptable for one to wait for delivery for over two weeks . I could have walked into any other of your competitors and purchased from them if I knew it would take this long ....... nxaaaaaaa
