Pathetic Service - Misleading Product!

I purchased a 'Leather' office chair off their website only to find that it was not leather and began peeling within the warranty period. The chair was fetched for repairs over a month ago and I have yet to receive feedback on what is going on!

The chair is used to enable me to work from home during COVID and I expected to use it for a full 8 hour working days. Thanks to being stupid enough to trust Makro with my purchase I have been forced to go without a proper chair in my home office for over a month during these difficult times.

Their after-sales support system is completely retarded where you almost never receive timely feedback via email, and when you take time out your day to call, they promise feedback in 24 to 48 hours, and guess what - nobody calls back!

Listen, the options here are quite clear. Refund me for the purchase price paid for the ****py chair or give me an actual leather chair. Please do not sell items on your site with questionable quality, it really does waste time if you clearly cannot support said items when issues inevitably occur...
