Pathetic service - Makro Montague Gardens

I made an online purchase and returned one of the items to the store only to be told to log the return from home as it's an online order. I did this and received a message to say that the item cannot be returned. Makro has people advertising on their website, which you can purchase but not return. There is no qualify check as the doll was of an extremely cheap quality. When I purchased the item it was on sale for R320 from R400 and last week it was on sale from R1000 to R900. I sent a whatsapp and the case was opened, closed and reopened so many times with no positive answer. I have made many purchases over the past few months at Makro Montague but will never buy from them again.
