PATHETIC SERVICE MAKRO

I ordered few items that were listed as non essential but however upon receiving them 1 item was not in the box but was included in the delivery note and i had notices that the sealing tape was tampered with, i immediately sent an email and i was told i will get feedback up until to date nothing and when i check on the online order it says complete. This happened on 4 April 2020.
