Pathetic service from start to finish
Good day
I am still waiting on my refund? I have no idea if this has been done and I need it urgently, as I told you I had to buy fans somewhere else, because yours took more than 2 weeks to actually ship. The courier updated it as 'received by customer' however I DO NOT HAVE IT! Please urgently send me proof of the refund??!!!
