Pathetic service from ordering online at Makro
If I could give a negative rating, I would. Purchased online on 27 Feb 2023. No feedback from store on order. I call the online centre on 6 March to be told that the courier went to store - but order was not ready. And guess what no feedback to client. Oh and online centre will escalate. I call on 7 March and yet again get told, we will escalate. Unacceptable service.

09 Mar 2023, 08:47Update - 9 March. I called the call centre twice yesterday (8 March) and once again this morning (9 March). Still unable to give me any feedback on the delivery of my order. Seems staff employed do not understand customer service. Useless.
