Pathetic service from management

Your stores service at Makro Ottery is disgusting. I spend on average 3-5 thousand rand per month. The staff make you feel as if you are invisible. They more interest in their own private affairs than making sure the customers experience is exceptional. You losing ground on your competitors. Management is invisible.

This has been going for long, but today I speak up. Get your house in order. If you not noticing more and more stores are opening. THis will make you lose customers.

I feel like a piece of garbage as the store Ottery doesnt value me at all.
