Pathetic service from Makro woodmead,hisense oven electric oven not working and still l waiting for service call ,i want full refund on this oven oo esle full refund on all items

I bought quite a few items at Makro Woodmead including Hisense electric Oven and it is not working,went to Makro the 1st Oct,told they will book a service and somebody will call me during the week and up until today ,still no call,i asked for the number myself and i`m given the run the round ,service is pathetic
