Pathetic service from Makro Strubensvalley

On Friday 12 Aug 2022 I went to Makro Strubensvalley to buy Baby soft 2ply toiletpaper 24's that is on special for R100. No stock available. The staff at customer care were so unhelpfull. I asked for a rain check, to come and fetch when ever there is stock available. No they don't do that. After asked to call the manager for me, the lady working there give me a book to write my name and tellnr. They will call me when the stock arrived. No call. I phoned Makro just now, the lady said they do not have stock and the special is ending today. I told her I know that is why I am calling. Haven't they received any stock since the 12th? Yes they received on tuesday. I asked her so why did'nt anybody call me to inform me about the stock that arrived. O she don't know. I think this is pathetic service from Makro for such a big company to not assist clients with rain checks or any other thing to get the specials when they are out of stock!! Elma croucamp
