Pathetic Service from Makro Ottery and Bosch!!!!!!

The worst customer care received by both Bosch appliances and Makro Ottery. We bought a counter top stove by Makro, which is currently not even a year old, and 2 plates not working. We reported it to Makro and they sent Bosch people to check it out. Bosch then conveniently said they are not fixing the stove which is currently still under warranty because they found a ****roach in the stove and now conveniently blaming that for the stove not working and refusing to fix the stove which is under warranty!!!!! I am still waiting for Makro Ottery and Bosch to prove to me how this is in fact ****roach damage!!! Makro and Bosch consultants in the store should have this in big black and white when selling these items to you then we can at least make an informed decision and not purchase from either of them!!! Pathetic service from both Makro Ottery and Bosch ! I am now with a stove that is not a year old under warranty and not the store or Bosch is doing right by their customer!!!
