Pathetic service from makro online services.

We bought a TV online and was advised on the app that we can only collect after lockdown. Once we moved to level 4 we were told by one of the consultants at the cape gate store that we can get an affidavit and collect from the store. We did all this and when we arrived at the store, we were advised that this is not possible. After hearing the staff telling other customers that this can be done. But because we bought online this was all of a sudden not possible. We did a refund request on 03/05 as we canceled the order to go to another store as this was the only TV in our house and is now broken. It is now 7working days laster and still nothing. The call Centre can't help either... Only says it's with finance. This is pathetic. I need those funds asap and will never use makro again. Disgusting....
