PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MAKRO ONLINE

I had an online order with Makro on black Friday and i am still waiting for my order as it is way past 5-7 working days.I did however receive part of my goods and 1 item was incorrectly sized .I have phone customer service numerous times but am not getting any feedback as to when my items/and correct items are going to be delivered to me as I do need the items urgently. I am very dissapointed with Makro delivery service as I have always supported their company for many years .They are always making excuses about the delivery services being too busy and they will get back to me as soon as possible .My call has also been disconnected numerous times while the lady at customer service told me to hold the line.... I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Makro Online. My order number is MAK ***. Please sort my order out as soon as possible . I will not be purchasing with Makro online ever again.
