Pathetic service from Makro online app

Pathetic service from makro's online application, i bought items in May this year which of 1 item was missing, i received a call from they head office advising me they will deliver the missing item which no further response was received neither the item, they courier company "The courier guy" could not explain to me how my package was opened and the item was missing, they policy for delivery is estimated at 2 to 5 working days which takes nearly 7 to 8 days to deliver. Totally pathetic service for such a big company. i will definitely not be purchasing anything from they online app anymore.
