Pathetic Service from Makro online and Springfield Store

2 months have passed and to date the refund due by Makro to me is pending. First they couldn't refund my card. They they asked to verify if I got payment. Then they confirm no payment was made and new account details are needed. Then they will refund to the old account. What a joke of an organisation.
