Pathetic service from Makro online

Ordered online on 12 July. Followed up 4 times already and just simply get told it has been escalated to I.T. The "manager" calls me back to tell me the same story, my terms were refund me or give me my order today. She duly terminated the call. Makro online is absolutely pathetic.
