Pathetic Service from Makro Online
Absolutely pathetic service from Makro. Ordered something online on the 28th of July to be delivered to a DSV locker in Randburg. It is now the 5th of August and for some reason according to DSV the parcel is sitting in cape town and will only be delivered in another week or 2.
How the hell can you try and run a business like this. Parcel is been sitting in CPT for 9 days and no one at makro knows why.
We use these services as to not go out of the house due to the pandemic, but businesses like this are really not making it worth the while. I could have gone to makro, got covid, recovered and be done before this parcel even arrives.
