PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MAKRO ONCE AGAIN !!!

Poor service ONCE AGAIN from Makro when shopping online. Online shopping is supposed to be a convenient way of shopping, more especially after experiencing Lockdown through COVID but Makro has clearly not improved on their side. I ordered a quantity of 50 of an item and for 3 days it said my order was being packed, only when I emailed to ask for feedback did the tell me the item was out of stock, however, I also received an email saying my order was now packed. I then called the call centre to find out more only to find out that 24 were available and 26 weren't so they will now take up to 10 working days to refund me. This is ridiculous!! The least they could have done was sourced it from another store or even provided proper feedback.
