Pathetic service from Makro delivery guys

The delivery guys from Makro refused to lift the goods bought to the upstairs apartment, though they knew from the warehouse that they were delivering to an upstairs apartment,it ‘twas 2 guys, Nkosinathi and I don’t know the other one . The products were bought online, and apparently their policy doesn’t allow them to deliver to upstairs apartment if the owner is not there, even though the owner had given me permission to sign for the products. They left the fridge and all products bought outside.
