Pathetic service from Makro Customer service
Bad customer service ever, I reported faulty on 13/12/23 washing which is still under warranty, i was told that it will take 24 to 72hours to get feed back regardingmy case, is now 8days without any report. I called on 20th to follow-up, lady promised to call back but that never happened.
