Pathetic service from Makro

Makro had an office chair advertised online only for R10.00 I placed and order for 3 of these chairs, made payment and received a confirmation email of my order. Today I get an email stating that the price was an error and they are not obligated to honor the price stated on the website. This is absolutely pathetic customer service as this is in no way my error and I should not be affected by the incompetenc of the staff or whoever uploads their products and prices. They very quickly deducted money from my account including delivery but now no mention of refunds or how long the refund will take for THEIR MISTAKE
