Pathetic service from Makro Bloemfontein

I placed an order 13 November 2022, till to date I havent received my order, been coming to Makro Bloemfontein and I have been sent from pillar to post, I haven't received the alcohol I ordered. There's 2 ladies who are managers by the name of Naledi and Mbali and they have been telling me countless of lies and giving empty promises.
