PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MAKRO

You get through to them, then this beautiful recording of how good they are is played. Then it's a long wait for a "someone" to take your call. Then they cut you off. I am sick and tired of Makro's *********** staff and service. I was asked to send an email for a quotation last Thursday and since hhen have heard nothing from them. Maybe they don't want my business in these trying economic times, or maybe they sholud retrench staff as a result of not achieving their sales targets. Pathetic service to say the least!
