Pathetic service from Makro

Had ordered some items during their promotion on the 29th and was supposed to get it in 2 days. The delivery was delayed and it took them 4 days to deliver and when they delivered, one of the items was damaged. Inspite of following up almost every day, I am still waiting for feedback from them a week later. Absolutely pathetic service. If they can't manage the orders, maybe they shouldn't have these promotions at all.
