Pathetic service from MAKRO

Placed an order with Makro online for an Amount of R1250 for Delivery and another order for R800. Money has been taken from my bank account but according to Makro online payment has not been made for both order. I called Makro customer care and have been given story upon story but still no email or sms received regarding confirmation of the orders. Pathetic service from Makro Niraj Durgean ***
