Pathetic service from Makro.

Ordered items online and was informed they'll be delivered within two days. Five days layer and still haven't received that order, worse whenever I call them I'm told they will escalate (it seems this is the tune they sing to all customers who call to enquire about their orders).

One of the ladies, Faith, said she will escalate and ensure delivery happens the following day but still nothing. Clearly Makro lacks the capacity to fulfill such large amounts of orders yet they lie to their customers with false promises. So pathetic and lack empathy to their clients, on par with the government. Anyway lesson learned, I'll stick to Leroy who are more than capable.
