Pathetic service from Makro
Bought a washing machine online on 8 Jan 2024. After getting it finally delivered, it had a huge bump. Never seen such unprofessional delivery - old bakkie with guys in flip flops pulling machine on packaging straps. Locked a return within 24 hours. Almost a week later and still waiting for them to come and pick up the damaged machine to replace. I call everyday to follow up just to hear that a call has been logged. Never even get feedback. Definitely will never do online shopping from Makro again. They do not care at all.

I have been giving this same response - apologies for this and it has been referred to the relevant department which will give you feedback - every single day that I called and tried to resolve this. To date I did not one day get feedback and I am unsure if this relevant department even exists or they clearly does not care as I have been waiting for more than a week for them to resolve this matter or just even give me feedback. This reply is just another message with empty words as there still is no feedback, no results, still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE.
