Pathetic service from Makro

i bought a TV from Makro Alberton on 20.12.19.When I switched the TV on ,on 23.02.20 ,it wouldn't come on ,no picture or sound.I called the Makro contact centre on 23.03.20 to report the fault ,they took down my details & booked a fault. I waited & called again on 28.02.20 to check progress ,no progress on sending technician out.I called again on 02.03.20 ,I was told matter sent to Head office on 27.02.20 they waiting for report back,i asked to speak to manager ,they said she was busy & would call me back ,but to date no response from manager. This is pathetic service from such a large business .I must wait with no feedback & in the interim I must sit without a TV that was paid for in full .COME ON MAKRO CATCH A WAKE UP & JACK UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE .
