Pathetic service from Makro

Pathetic service, I have been waiting over a month for a LG sound bar I purchased from them that decided to stop working, this is the second LG sound bar I have purchased from them as the first one also packed up, I was promised feedback etc, i had to call and find out what is going on, i am fed up with waiting, i have waited over a month and the manager after numerous times asking for her only to be told she is busy she will call me back, i have left messages for her to call me back but nothing. Praticia is her name if i am not mistaken, i have had enough, i would like a full refund, i am also closing my account at Makro and will never set foot in there again, i have spent over R40 000 in a week with them and this is the service i get? i will not recommend makro to anyone.
