Pathetic Service from Macro

Don't order online even if the price seems like it's worth the risk. I made the mistake of not listening to a few friends and colleagues telling me not buy from Macro online. I ordered something simple that would not require a lot of labour or require a tedious form of transport (Ethernet cables) This was supposed to arrive a week ago. I got an update that the courier had collected my item and could expect the items the same day as per the expected delivery date when purchased. This did not come and when going back to check my order tracking does not show that the couriers have collected a week later. Disgraceful service! Don't blame the courier as the courier is a reflection of your choice and if you want to blame them, you haven't sent any communication or a form of update or apology on the delay. Disgusting service!
