Pathetic service ever! Unsatisfied customer

On the 4th of June I purchased a Samsung washine on line which was delivered to me a few days later and the item came broken... The very next day I called in several times and I waited hours on line but stil no response...eventually wen I did manage to get through a consultant I was given a reference number and advise that my washing mechine will be replaced with a new one... Uptil today which is over a month no response and the washing mechine is still lying broken at my house... I'm am very disappointed and disgusted with the service received from makro cornubia as they don't Care about customers satisfaction they just send out their s**** so they can sell their items.... I will never ever recommend any one to purchase from thier store....
