Pathetic service ever.... Dissatisfied customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still no response from makro cornubia... After posting on this site nothing is being done about it... There's no customer satisfaction service given seems like they just don't care about giving customers value for money... I was sold a broken washing machine... On the 8th of June I made several complaints about it and nothing is being done about.... No one has gotten back to me my money is gone down the drain as I couldn't evn use it because it was delivered to me broken... Makro is a ripp of robbing people and selling broken items.... I'm still awaiting a manager or a senior person to get back to me until date no one has contacted me.... I'm highly upset
