Pathetic service

We purchased an outdoor table and 6 chairs. Received the 6 chairs but the table didn’t arrived as promised on the 24 December 2024. I called the call centre only to be told that the table was being dispatched from Limpopo and there’s no ETA. I was advised by the agent woodmead got 5 in stock. Within 30 mins I go to the store in woodmead to purchase a table only to be told the stock was reserved for other customers and my order is still in Limpopo not dispatched. The manager at makro told me the online / call centre don’t see the same information as the store and unfortunately I must wait for the delivery . This was on the 24th. It’s the 28 of December and no further updates from makro.
