Pathetic service

I must say I'm highly disappointed, for a company I've always considered to be reputable. I purchased online, expecting to receive my order in 7 days as per their SLA. 6 days later when I follow up due to lack of communication from their side, I'm told I will get my order only after 10 days. Such a pathetic service!!! Aggg highly annoyed.
