Pathetic service

Pre-Ordered a product on 29 October 2021. Was supposed to ship in April 2022. Order keeps on showing In Progress, meanwhile other customers are getting their orders that they only ordered a week ago. After contacting every Makro support channel no one has done anything about it. They just say there is no stock. Pathetic service. Never again.
