Pathetic Service

I have purchased an item on line (MAK***) and this was over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my delivery, I keep calling the call centre who say they are escalating the matter but nothing seems to happen. Nobody has contacted me. You have taken my money and now I want answers!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and shocking service!
